รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดขอนแก่นได้ร่วมกับทีมอุทยานธรณีขอนแก่น นายอำเภอภูเวียง และผู้ที่มีความเลื่อมใสศรัทธาในปู่จอม(ศาลพระยานรินทร์สงคราม) ได้ทำการไหว้บวงสรวงและขออนุญาตในการบูรณะพื้นที่ศาลปู่จอมให้มีความสวยงามเพิ่มขึ้น เนื่องจากขาดการบูรณะเพิ่มเติมไปหลายปี เพื่อให้ได้เป็นศูนย์รวมจิตใจของชาวอุทยานธรณีขอนแก่น(อำเภอภูเวียงและเวียงเก่า)สืบต่อไป
On the morning of Wednesday, July 10th, 2024, Mr. Tada Promsakha Na Sakolnakorn, the delegate Khon Kaen Geopark’s Director and Chief Executive of KKPAO, together with the Khon Kaen Geopark Working Team, the Phu Wiang District Chief, and devotees of Chom Narin Shrine, conducted a worship ceremony and sought permission to renovate the shrine’s area to enhance its beauty. The shrine had not been renovated for several years. This effort aims to make the shrine a central spiritual site for the people of Khon Kaen Geopark (Phu Wiang and Wiang Kao Districts) in the future.
